This restoration project was born from the need to balance two distinct universes: the tradition of regional food and the client's passion for Egyptian aesthetics. The main challenge of completely renovating the space was to combine these influences in a harmonious way, without compromising the restaurant's identity. To achieve this, a careful approach to design was essential, where simplicity served as the common thread, ensuring a sophisticated and welcoming environment. Materiality and textures played a key role in creating this fusion. We opted for a base of neutral tones, which give elegance and timelessness to the space, while golden elements were strategically introduced to evoke the richness and symbolism of Egyptian culture. The balance between tradition and exoticism is also reflected in the decorative details and lighting, creating an engaging environment where the authenticity of the cuisine and the personality of the customer are in perfect harmony.
