Family housing project, with simple volume and thoughtful interior organization with the aim of controlled costs. Located in an easily accessible residential area, the project was designed to integrate harmoniously into the existing context, promoting architectural sustainability. In terms of costs, the housing was designed to ensure compliance with the budget limits defined for housing at controlled costs, without compromising quality and comfort. The proposal seeks to create a quality environment, with accessible materials and construction solutions, but which do not compromise aesthetics or durability. Elements such as maximum use of natural light, cross ventilation, and the use of sustainable systems can be incorporated to improve energy performance and reduce long-term operating costs.
