Casa Passos is the result of a project to alter and expand the existing construction, bringing new life to the space through careful reconfiguration and a complete remodeling of the interior. The intervention focused on the reorganization of social compartments, promoting greater fluidity and optimization of spaces. The introduction of new glazed spaces made it possible to reinforce the connection with the outside, enhancing the entry of natural light and creating a more open and welcoming environment. The kitchen, integrated into the new layout, plays a central role in the home's experience, establishing a harmonious connection with the living and dining areas.
Inside, the chosen materiality reflects a balance between sophistication and comfort. The Calacatta Gold Taj Mahal stone adds elegance and luminosity to the space, while the walnut wood introduces a warm and welcoming contrast, creating a rich and timeless composition. These materials were applied transversally throughout the intervention, ensuring aesthetic continuity between the social and private areas. The result is a renovated house, where functionality and refinement meet in a cohesive and harmonious architectural language.
